Christmas Past to ......PRESENT...for a friend.

When I found the red tinsel wreath  I knew just what I wanted to create.
The vintage felt ornaments I found in grab bags at my favorite thrift stores.

I have been collecting what I thought was a vast array of vintage Christmas goodies for about 6 months.  Turns out not so vast.
I will be on the hunt for more goodies.
I love treasure hunting.

Once completed it is going to be a gift for a close friend.

I was so excited to decorate my new cabinet for the holidays.  I had finished putting cute Halloween things around inside weeks ago...just had not gotten around to really doing much to the top.

For some reason my husband doesn't think I should be on a ladder with a broken hand.   So, this is it....the top of the cabinet.
Not what I had in mind...but it will have to do..that is until I find where Randy has hidden the ladder.

I Love Black Cats!!
My grandmother would drive completely out of her way to avoid them....truly...I drove her crazy.

Jack's Family Reunion

Skeleton Jack's Pumpkin Patch

Located at the base of our staircase.....
Skeleton Jack has set up a family reunion.
All are invited!

What a fine family Jack has.

If only these photos could talk.
Come back and visit anytime the reunion will last until the stroke of midnight on October 31st.
I waited until we got more batteries to take these photos, so that all my candles would be lite.  Not sure it made any difference.  I could not figure out how to take the photos so that the effect of the candles could be seen.
